Julian was first introduced to Roy, Undiscovered Country and the Butterfly Model in late 2017 during a Corporate Leadership and Change Management program. He immediately saw the benefits of using the combination of rational thinking, creative exploration and practical strategy development within the senior leadership team of his organisation. This new passion and purpose meant that the engaged team were able to let go of past behaviours and mixed mindsets which had previously hindered progress and productivity. Each member of the team was motivated to be “the change that they wanted to see in their world”. The results in terms improved performance were incredible.

Julian would love the opportunity to share his 25 years of business and finance leadership experience with other organisations and individuals. He is passionate about enabling others to become agents of change in ways which they may never have thought possible.

Julian will guide individuals and organisations by utilising his vast experience of leading manufacturing businesses through major change processes which have resulted in transformational performance.

Anyone can be an agent of change. The process of challenging values and behaviours can lead to a greater understanding of others and the environment. Julian has seen the benefit of this in his own life, and those around him; not just in his professional career but also in the lives of his close family.
