As a senior associate at Independent Thinking and the CEO of Undiscovered Country, he uses 'transrational facilitation’ with schools, universities, businesses, and communities in the U.K. and internationally to develop cultures of 'positive peace' and play to support engagement, transcend conflict and improve outcomes.

Kristina Bill

Kristina Bill has a unique background encompassing business, performing arts and personal development and is a highly sought after executive coach and workshop leader. She credits her organisational success to her performing arts background which underpins her outstanding communication skills and ability to read people and situations. She is a certified coach, and a published author of two books on personal and professional development, and parenting.  She continues to work creatively and corporately, whilst finishing her MSc in Behavioural Science at LSE, and enjoying being mother to her young daughter.

Paul Sturtivant

Paul is a teacher with over 10 years experience in designing outstanding curriculum, leading teaching and learning and coaching to other people's strengths. He has taught and run teaching projects in four other countries. Currently fascinated by transforming whole-school culture and subverting the system to put the student first.

Jonathan Tole

Ria is a multi-functional facilitator of change. A fine art graduate, she is a qualified primary teacher of 8 years specialising in primary and community art. An educator, creative, event creator and fundraiser Ria is passionate about community and being able to create positive change through the arts.
Paul has managed major capital projects in education funded by both the DFE and the National Lottery. Since 2015 he has split his time between education consultancy, corporate film work, coaching corporate presentation technique, lecturing in higher education and performing arts documentary film making.

Phoebe Leighton

Phoebe is an Administrative Assistant for Undiscovered Country and is currently training in Contemporary Dance at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance.
