Emma is a retired police officer, educator, and coach whose career bridges frontline service, community engagement, and academic inquiry. With over two decades of experience delivering harm reduction education in schools and communities, she holds both a PGDE and an MA in Education, grounding her work in rigour and real-world impact.
As an Associate with Undiscovered Country, Emma brings expertise in social justice, restorative practice, and conflict resolution. She supports individuals and teams to navigate change with resilience and clarity, fostering cultures of trust, responsibility, and collaboration.
Alongside her professional practice, Emma is a dedicated martial arts instructor. Her integration of Eastern and Western philosophies offers a distinctive approach to leadership, self-awareness, and restorative growth, aligning closely with the ethos of Undiscovered Country.
Mark is an educator of 28 years, having worked across all phases of education in every conceivable setting, he has always focused on supporting learners and colleagues on seeing, understanding and achieving their full potential. Since 2013 he has been an Independent Thinking Ltd Associate, working with colleagues across the UK and internationally to best support their learners and develop creative and innovative curricula, which has also led him to be a published author of 2 books, contributing to 4 others. In November 2025 his first children's fiction book, Simon Smith - Schoolboy Spy is published.
As an Associate with Undiscovered Country, Mark facilitates workshops and weekend retreats, as well as offering whole-school, staff or leadership profiling and subsequent coaching programmes that explore peace and conflict through offering tools for self-awareness, resilience, and relational insight. Drawing on his background he supports individuals to navigate the variety of group dynamics in schools with confidence and care, helping them build sustainable, collaborative communities rooted in the principles of Knowing, Doing, and Being.
Phoebe is a dancer, researcher, personal trainer, and a Master of Arts in Dance Performance and Professional Practices at Distinction level, having recently completed her studies at the University of Salford. She also holds a 1st Class BA (hons) in Contemporary Dance from Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance. Her work sits at the intersection of embodied movement, academic inquiry, and personal development.

Drawing on her background in contemporary dance, somatic practice, and physical training, she supports individuals to navigate ensemble dynamics with confidence and care, helping them build sustainable, collaborative careers rooted in the principles of Knowing, Doing, and Being.
Eleanor (she/they) graduated with a BA in Acting & Performance in 2019 and has since woven together a career that blends creativity, advocacy, and education. When not doing peace work, Eleanor supports artists and small businesses with social media marketing, experiments with filmmaking, and explores creative projects most recently a photography/poetry book exploring what femininity means today.
At Undiscovered Country, Eleanor contributes as a performer, script editor, and workshop leader. Their recent work includes Assistant Director on The Fire In Cambridge (2022) shaping The Missing Peace (2025) for younger audiences, performing as Max, and guiding schools and trainee teachers through peace workshops.
Eleanor brings their passion for storytelling into both acting and social impact work. They’ve built a platform of over 140,000 followers on TikTok, where they share lived experiences of being late-diagnosed ADHD/Autistic and proudly queer.
Lily studied Archaeology and Anthropology BA at the University of Kent, and Forensic Anthropology and Archaeology MSc at Bournemouth University. These areas of education inspired a love of travel to learn about cultures across the globe. From working in New Zealand and volunteering in Fiji to analysing DNA in Manchester, Lily's passion for education has evolved into a desire for understanding and peace between peoples.
The peace matrix used within Lily's coaching is fundamental in questioning our psyche, challenging our world view, and supporting our personal development. The goal of these conversations is to learn how to interact with a hostile world while remaining open, curious and kind.
