Vicky Eaton

Assistant Head, Primary school practitioner. Values-led educationalist

Vicky has worked within primary education for the past twenty years, working initially in the London boroughs of Brent, Harrow and Middlesex and then within both town and village schools in Hertfordshire and Northamptonshire. These have included academies, schools with designated special provision and faith schools.

During this time she has held many managerial roles including being a member of the Senior Leadership Team, Head of Pastoral care, KS2 Coordinator, Equal opportunity and Cultural and Diversity Coordinator and taught within EYFS, KS1, KS3 and extensively within KS2. As well as this within her role as Expressive Arts Coordinator Vicky has nurtured teams to perform in dance competitions, completed large multi media murals for the County and directed a number of dramatic productions.

Why Vicky?

Vicky is a qualified primary education coach, mentor and maths specialist whose passion lies within fostering positive, productive working relationships with both pupils and colleagues alike. She has worked successfully to foster a values led education which truly gets the best out of everyone.

Vicky has worked with Roy over the last eighteen months within inner city and rural schools to deliver programmes with Teaching, Transition and Technology at their core to enhance leadership, collaboration and learning.
