Passionate Primary Headteacher
Antony is the CEO of Innovate Multi Academy Trust and the Headteacher of Weedon Bec Primary School in Northamptonshire. He has been in education for 18 years, and held a variety of senior positions, working in a variety of educational settings within trusts, both in and out of schools.
Innovate Multi Academy Trust was formed in 2014 as a collaboration of innovative and dynamic schools with the sole aim of making them great places where pupils will have a great time whilst they learn and staff will have a great time teaching them. Antony is also a fully accredited Ofsted Inspector. (But don’t hold this against him…)
Whilst placing emphasis on the rigours of Maths and English Antony passionately believes that developing the whole child is the most important aspect of Primary Education.
Antony is a developer of diverse, forward thinking and effective teams with creativity and self organisation at their core.
